Association for Women in Communications is a professional organization that champions the advancement of women across all communications disciplines by recognizing excellence, promoting leadership and positioning its members at the forefront of the evolving communications era.

With members across Central Illinois from all areas of communications and from all experience levels, we offer diverse networking opportunities and a uniquely supportive environment. Our programs and services will help you improve your abilities and grow your career.

Our local chapter can enjoy the national AWC webinars and other resources, while taking advantage of the local connections and knowledge available from the women in our area. Bloomington-Normal Chapter members come from nearly every sector--education and nonprofits, hospitality and small businesses, and everything in between.
