Cape Fear CREW is a powerful network that creates success for women in commercial real estate.

With more than 90+ members, Cape Fear CREW is the leading organization for commercial real estate professionals within the Cape Fear region of North Carolina. As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier business network dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally, Cape Fear CREW is dedicated to advancing the success of women in commercial real estate. CREW Network’s membership of 12,000 professionals in over 75 major global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate, providing members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines around the globe. Members represent every aspect of the commercial real estate industry, including, but not limited to, development, law, leasing, brokerage, property management, finance, investments, and engineering.

Since 2010, Cape Fear CREW has connected commercial real estate professionals in the Cape Fear region, working together to:

- Create a dynamic and supportive environment that promotes advancement through knowledge sharing and networking
- Push the boundaries in every facet of commercial real estate through provocative dialogue among peers drawn from every discipline in the industry
- Provide educational programs which directly affect a person’s day-to-day work and promote real change
- Encourage our members to be a force for activism and involvement in our communities.

Cape Fear CREW members are empowered by sharing their knowledge and experience with others in our community, while also learning from the insight and experiences of others. In growing and strengthening our network, we aim to create more opportunities for women in commercial real estate.

Cape Fear CREW, the Greater Wilmington, NC chapter of CREW Network, was founded in 2010. Since then, the chapter has more than doubled in size, reflecting the growth and economic development of Wilmington, NC and the greater Cape Fear region. Today, the Cape Fear CREW chapter has more than 55 members and provides membership and the public with innovative programming as well as the only commercial real estate awards event in Southeastern NC.
