The Coalition of Labor Union Women Dallas Chapter advances the interests and professional development of union women throughout the Dallas, TX region. The organization focuses on organizing the unorganized, promoting affirmative action, and advancing social and economic justice in the workplace. Members of the Dallas Chapter actively advocate for critical workplace issues including equal pay, job security, safe working conditions, affordable health care access, and protection from sexual harassment and violence at work. The organization also champions support for child and elder care benefits and contraceptive equity. By unifying union women in a strong collective voice, the Dallas Chapter develops and implements action programs that address common concerns and create meaningful change within the framework of the labor movement.
