As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier business organization, MNCREW is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. CREW Network’s membership of 12,000 professionals in over 75 major global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate—providing our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines. MNCREW members are empowered by sharing their knowledge and experience, while also learning from the insight and know-how of others.

MNCREW was founded in 1995, by a small group of local women who, after traveling to the 1994 CREW Network Convention, saw firsthand the power of the network in transforming members' personal and professional lives. Since its inception, MNCREW has continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of its members and the industry. It has become an important arena for members to hone their leadership skills and develop relationships while working collaboratively to advance women in commercial real estate.
