About Nebraska Black Women United

Nebraska Black Women United (NBWU) was conceived as a way to network women across the state. NBWU serves as a database of talented women from a variety of backgrounds, ages and stations in life. We agree we are better served in uplifting, supporting, celebrating and encouraging each other.

NBWU is a connector for community and business and a means through which we can mentor and sponsor each other into opportunities and in life.

With a goal of connecting 1000 black women across the state, NBWU serves as a talent pool for the community and is an example of what is possible when women come together — united.
