About Tampa Bay Women CPAs

Tampa Bay Women CPAs is a professional non-profit organization comprised of Certified Public Accountants or other aspiring for such license, united in facing the challenges affecting women in the profession. The organization provides a supportive environment that promotes equity and provides opportunities for the achievement of career goals in a competitive and rapidly changing profession.

The organization was formerly the Tampa Bay Affiliate of the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants. Effective November 1, 2017 the AWSCPA became part of the AICPA and the Tampa Bay Affiliate formed the TBWCPAs.
