Founded by Muslim women, Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation empowers, promotes and supports all women and their families—a mission that ultimately creates stronger communities. Since 2005, Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation has been an ambassador of the peaceful, caring Muslim community. Our programs are designed to promote peace in the home and the community through a comprehensive strategy of prevention and intervention.

Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation (TMWF) is a Culturally-Sensitive and Trauma-Informed Agency providing holistic and evidence-based programs and services to the needs of socially and ethnically diverse communities. No community is immune to abuse and TMWF wants to ensure the well being of everyone in our community. While we have a unique understanding of the needs of Muslim families, we are open to all and do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, color, gender, disability, sexual orientation or national origin.
