About Women as One

Women as One was founded in 2019. Our mission is to promote talent in medicine, providing women physicians with unique professional opportunities. By doing this, we aim to build a more inclusive, diverse and just workforce in medicine.

We believe that offering unique professional opportunities to women physicians will catalyze a more equitable workforce in medicine. We focus our work in three areas that we believe will create the change needed in the world.
